What is Photographic Engraving?
It is the process of taking your photo and engraving it on metal or acrylic. This process turns it into a keepsake that will last a lifetime and can be passed down generations.

What types of photos can you engrave?
The only limitation is your imagination. We can engrave any picture of people, pets, symbols, or images. If you can take pictures of it we can engrave it!

What size photo can you engrave?
We can engrave any size photograph that you have. We can make images bigger or smaller depending on what you want.

Is there a limit to the number of images per item?
There is no limit to the images you want on your piece. We can add nearly an infinite number of images. The biggest consideration is the size of the piece. The more images in a piece the smaller they will be in order to fit them all into the final piece.

Can you engrave pictures on both sides?
The process of picture engraving can cause a small amount of warping that is not visible to the human eye. This may affect the second picture on the opposite side of the metal pendant or display. We are willing to try, but cannot guarantee the outcome. We recommend you email or call us prior to your order. We may have some helpful suggestions for you. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.

What if the picture is dark?
We are able to brighten 99.9% of all pictures to produce a beautiful finished piece. If we are unable to make a satisfactory product we will notify you by phone or email and offer to engrave a different photo or refund your money. This is a very rare occurrence.

What if I only have a black or white photo?
Whether the picture is black and white or color had no effect on the outcome of the finished piece. The process is the same and a beautiful piece is delivered every time.

What if there are wrinkles, specks, or other flaws?
We are able to remove flaws with our special software. If we are unable to make a beautiful finished product, we will notify you by phone or email and offer to engrave a different photo or refund your money. This is a very rare occurrence.

What format do my pictures need to be sent in?
We use JPEG formatting.

What if I want images from different pictures combined?
We can do this easily. We need very specific instructions from you (i.e. take female in red shirt from abc.jpg and female in blue from def.jpg and combine on large oval pendant.).

Can you remove images from photos?
Yes. We can very selective in our images. All we need is specific directions from you. (i.e. take out all people except for the young children or Remove person holding baby and leave baby only in image.)

What if I do not have a scanner to scan my picture?
You have two options. You can go to your local Walgreen’s and have them digitize it to a disk for approximately $7.00 or you can mail it to us with an order form you can print off of our website. Our mailing address is:

How do you print onto Metal?
We use a unique method to transfer images onto a selected variety of shapes and sizes metals and acrylics. The engraver cuts with extreme precision to create shading that gives the finished piece a Three Dimensional look.

How long will the images last?
Because the image is cut into the metal it will not fade, tarnish, or rub off. Regular cleaning with a polishing cloth will ensure it always looks new.

What does the price include?
You receive your metal or acrylic piece with photo engraving and lettering engraving. If you chose a pendant you also have your choice of necklace or a key chain.

What will make the best impression: Gold, Silver, or Acrylic?
It is completely dependant upon personal taste. The image quality is superb in all three materials. It may help you to look at our many offerings and see which material is most attractive to you.

What if I don't have a Credit Card or a just do not like to purchase over the internet?

Will my photo be returned?
YES. Your photo will be returned in the same shape we received it along with your order. We understand that sometimes we are engraving family heirlooms and treat every photo as if it were a priceless one.

When will I receive my order?
Our turn around time is generally 24-48 hours depending on the amount of photo improvement we need to do. We ship priority US mail which is two days standard. We can ship overnight. Simply check the appropriate box on the order form. If you mail us your photo, then the initial mail time will affect your fulfillment time. Depending on the time of day the order is received and the day of the week (postal service hours limit our weekend mailings) our fulfillment time is between three to seven business days.

What if my favorite picture has flaws?
We can do many things to improve image quality. We can brighten images, sharpen out of focus images, remove fold lines, and improve on almost any flaw to give you're product a superior finished keepsake.
